Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
- Process orders, returns, and account updates with a high degree of accuracy.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback into the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity and information sharing.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements to management.
Qualifications
- No prior customer service experience is required; full training is provided.
- Must be available to work evenings and occasional weekends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace if working remotely.
