Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails professionally during evening hours.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate complex issues to the senior team when necessary.
- Update customer records accurately in our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handovers.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Ability to work flexible evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
