Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a positive first impression upon arrival and departure.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and manage returns with patience and professionalism.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the sales floor to create an inviting shopping environment.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization.
- Perform nightly closing duties, including cash reconciliation and facility security checks.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless communication and operational continuity.
- Adhere to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math proficiency and ability to handle cash transactions with high accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to the Virginia Beach location.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts.
