Responsibilities

- Manage inventory levels and restock displays as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a smooth handover.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation is required.
