Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services including resident assistance, package handling, and access control
- Monitor building security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Coordinate with valet, maintenance, and housekeeping teams
- Manage resident requests via digital communication platforms
- Prepare daily operational reports and incident documentation
- Uphold building standards through meticulous lobby and amenity area upkeep
- Assist with resident move-ins and special event coordination
Qualifications
- Previous concierge, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid New York State Security Guard license (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with building management software (e.g., Yardi, Building Engines)
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Must pass background check and drug screening
