Responsibilities
- Provide personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and attractions
- Manage guest reservations and special requests
- Coordinate transportation services including rideshares and carriages
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures during evening hours
- Maintain detailed knowledge of local events and festivals
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
- Collaborate with security and housekeeping teams
- Complete shift reports and guest feedback documentation
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
