Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of client inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during evening shifts.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Uphold the company's high standards for store or office appearance and hygiene.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM software).
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
