Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and creativity
- Provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume evening setting
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of coffee stations and customer areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team members during busy evening rushes
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Availability for weekday evenings (3 PM-11 PM) and weekends
- Basic cash handling and customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude with strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation to/from downtown location
- No prior barista experience required – training provided
