- Provide outstanding customer service during evening peak hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Maintain clean and organized workspace including coffee stations
- Collaborate with team members for efficient workflow
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
Qualifications
- Previous food service or barista experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays consistently
- Strong customer service orientation with friendly demeanor
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Reliable transportation to downtown Milwaukee location
