Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service during peak evening hours (3 PM - 11 PM)
- Maintain immaculate café cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Operate POS systems and process cash/credit transactions accurately
- Support inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless evening operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months food service or customer experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment
- Availability to work 3-4 evening shifts weekly (including weekends)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
- Must be 18+ with reliable evening transportation
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
