Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and creativity
- Manage POS transactions and handle cash operations accurately
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness of coffee stations and customer areas
- Engage customers with friendly, knowledgeable service
- Collaborate with team members during peak evening rushes
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 11 PM), weekends required
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 18+ years old
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
