Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium coffee/espresso beverages with precision and artistry
- Engage warmly with customers, taking orders and providing product recommendations
- Maintain sparkling cleanliness of bar, equipment, and customer areas
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently through POS systems
- Support inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth evening operations
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience strongly preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle fast-paced environments
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Positive attitude and exceptional customer service instincts
- Reliable evening availability (20-25 hours/week, 3-5 shifts)
- Must be 18+ to handle alcohol service (if applicable)
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
