Responsibilities
- Greet & Assist: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting them with their needs.
- Transactions: Operate POS systems efficiently and accurately handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked throughout the shift.
- Inventory Support: Assist with processing incoming stock and organizing merchandise displays.
- Policy Adherence: Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed during checkout and store operations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day and evening shifts to ensure seamless store operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (typically 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Basic math skills, attention to detail, and cash handling experience are a plus.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation is required to get to and from work.
