Responsibilities
- Set & Teardown: Assist in the professional setup and breakdown of event equipment, including stages, lighting, and seating arrangements.
- Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting attendees, managing crowds, and answering venue inquiries.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate and transport provided event gear according to safety protocols.
- Logistics Support: Help with registration, ticket scanning, and directing traffic flow during events.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a pristine environment by promptly cleaning up spills and organizing event spaces.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between event organizers and the venue staff.
Qualifications
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent attendance record.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderately heavy items (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Driving: Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
- Experience: Previous event staff or hospitality experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
