Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and scheduling of engaging content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter).
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and audience preferences in the Portland area.
- Support the digital marketing team in managing email campaigns and newsletter distribution.
- Analyze website traffic and engagement metrics using basic tools to provide insights.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Organize and maintain digital assets, including images, videos, and documents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote or hybrid work.
- Enthusiastic attitude, quick learner, and self-motivated to work independently.
- Ability to commute to our downtown Portland office for team meetings.
