Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with product information, account issues, and general troubleshooting.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude when dealing with difficult situations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace if working remotely.
