Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium coffee beverages using professional espresso machines
- Provide exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café environment
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Learn and execute seasonal drink menus and daily specials
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours
- Source and stock high-quality coffee beans and supplies
Qualifications
- No prior barista experience required - we train from scratch!
- Strong desire to learn about coffee and customer service
