Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise shipments
- Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas according to planograms
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Ensure proper rotation of products to maintain freshness
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain safety standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Prepare store for daily opening operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4-6 AM shifts (Monday-Sunday)
- Reliable transportation to Orlando locations
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to complete paid training program
