Responsibilities
- Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas with merchandise according to planograms
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper stock rotation
- Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in cycle counts
- Ensure sales floors and stockrooms are clean, organized, and hazard-free
- Collaborate with overnight team to achieve stocking efficiency targets
- Operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- Must be available for early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior experience necessary—training provided
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
