Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and merchandise inventory according to company standards
- Operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Execute stockroom organization and inventory rotation systems
- Maintain clean, safe, and visually appealing sales floors
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet stocking targets
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge training
- Adhere to loss prevention and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (3:00 AM - 11:00 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Physical stamina for lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing
- Basic math and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
