Responsibilities
- Unload, organize, and stock merchandise onto shelves and racks according to planograms.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the sales floor, stockroom, and receiving areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or damaged goods to management promptly.
- Operate heavy machinery (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently to move stock.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times to comply with safety regulations.
- Greet customers and assist with locating products to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (e.g., 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM).
- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and scanning.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as business needs require.
