Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries in the early morning hours
- Stock shelves and displays according to planograms
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and reporting
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all areas
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless store operations
- Assist with price marking and promotional signage
- Operate inventory equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts if certified)
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to early shifts
- Basic math and inventory counting abilities
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Forklift certification a plus but not required
