Responsibilities
- Unload and sort merchandise from delivery trucks during early morning shifts
- Stock shelves, display areas, and storage rooms according to planogram standards
- Ensure proper pricing, labeling, and rotation of all products
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet stocking goals
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Previous stocking, warehousing, or retail experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Early morning availability (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM shifts)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
