Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise from delivery trucks
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planograms
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and minimize waste
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies
- Assist with pricing and promotional signage
- Collaborate with overnight team for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4 AM - 12 PM shifts (5-8 hours/day)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Reliable transportation to early shifts
- Previous stocking/warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
