Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise shipments in the early morning hours
- Stock shelves, displays, and backroom areas according to planograms
- Ensure inventory accuracy through systematic stock rotation and labeling
- Maintain clean and organized sales floor during stocking operations
- Collaborate with overnight team to prioritize high-demand items
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems
- Adhere to safety protocols and loss prevention standards
Qualifications
- Ability to start work at 4:00 AM or earlier
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Reliable transportation to multiple LA locations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass background check and drug screening
