Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise in the early morning hours (4:00 AM - 11:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, coolers, and display areas with fresh products
- Ensure inventory accuracy through systematic stocking protocols
- Maintain clean, safe, and visually appealing store sections
- Collaborate with overnight team to prioritize stocking tasks
- Operate pallet jacks and stocking equipment safely
- Participate in store opening readiness procedures
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to Oakland location
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Flexible availability for early morning shifts
- Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
