Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming merchandise efficiently according to priority and category
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers following company standards and planograms
- Ensure product freshness, rotation, and proper pricing accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily stocking targets
- Assist with inventory counts and loss prevention procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Physical stamina to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and climb ladders
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math abilities for inventory and pricing tasks
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environments
