Responsibilities
- Unload and sort merchandise deliveries in the early morning hours (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas according to planograms and company standards
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper documentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of stockroom and sales floor areas
- Safely operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking efficiency
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
Qualifications
- Ability to work consistently early morning shifts (4:00 AM start time)
- Previous stocking or retail experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass background check and drug screening
