Responsibilities
- Unload and process inbound shipments efficiently
- Stock shelves according to planogram standards
- Rotate inventory and maintain freshness standards
- Organize stockroom and maintain safety protocols
- Collaborate with overnight team on stocking goals
- Conduct price markdowns and promotional setups
- Report inventory discrepancies to management
Qualifications
- Availability to work 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM shifts
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic math and organizational skills
- Previous retail/stocking experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to work site
- Attention to detail and precision
