Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise shipments before store opening
- Stock shelves and displays according to planograms and inventory guidelines
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and proper FIFO compliance
- Collaborate with overnight crew to maintain efficient workflow
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to management
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
Qualifications
- Must be available to start shifts between 4:00 AM - 6:00 AM daily
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Pass background check and drug screening
