Responsibilities
- Stock and organize merchandise on shelves, displays, and cold cases before store opening
- Operate pallet jacks and stocking equipment safely and efficiently
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and compliance with FIFO standards
- Collaborate with overnight crew to maintain store cleanliness and safety
- Unload delivery trucks and sort incoming merchandise
- Report inventory discrepancies and stock shortages to management
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company stocking procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to start work between 3:00 AM - 5:00 AM daily
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation for early morning shifts
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team player with strong communication abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screening
