As an Early Morning Stocker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our shelves are stocked and our customers have access to the products they need. We pride ourselves on our fast-paced environment and our commitment to employee growth and safety.
Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise from trucks and delivery vehicles.
- Stock shelves, racks, and displays with accuracy and speed.
- Rotate stock to ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Assist with inventory counts and reporting any discrepancies.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods (8-10 hours).
- Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic math skills for inventory scanning.
- Valid driver's license (optional but preferred).
