Responsibilities
- Unload, check, and organize incoming merchandise from delivery trucks with speed and accuracy.
- Stock shelves and display areas according to company safety and visual merchandising standards.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the warehouse and sales floor are clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily stocking targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically 2:00 AM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for scanning and counting inventory.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Reliable transportation and a proven track record of punctuality.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
