Responsibilities
- Unload, organize, and stock merchandise in assigned departments
- Operate inventory management systems for accurate stock tracking
- Maintain clean, orderly sales floor and storage areas
- Collaborate with overnight team for efficient workflow
- Assist with price marking and promotional displays
- Report inventory discrepancies to supervisor
- Adhere to safety protocols for heavy lifting
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM shifts
- Physical stamina for lifting 50+ lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to work site
- Positive attitude in fast-paced environments
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
- Pass background check and drug screening
