Responsibilities
- Stock and organize merchandise in assigned areas before store opening
- Operate provided equipment (pallet jacks, ladders) safely and efficiently
- Rotate inventory using FIFO method to ensure freshness
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain stockroom organization
- Conduct preliminary inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Assist with unloading deliveries and processing shipments
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all work areas
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM shifts consistently
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Experience operating warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Valid California driver's license (preferred)
- Reliable transportation to early shift
- Team player with positive attitude
