Responsibilities
- Restock shelves and product displays to ensure maximum availability and visual appeal.
- Organize and rotate merchandise to maintain freshness and accurate inventory levels.
- Perform daily cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal to maintain a pristine environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and promptly report any discrepancies to management.
- Ensure the sales floor is safe, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work early morning shifts (typically starting around 5:00 AM).
- Basic reading and math skills for pricing and inventory management tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
