Responsibilities
- Unload and process shipments efficiently during early morning hours
- Stock shelves, coolers, and display areas according to planograms
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper stock rotation
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain store cleanliness and safety
- Use inventory management systems to track stock levels
- Report discrepancies or maintenance needs to store management
- Adhere to company safety protocols and merchandising standards
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Availability to work shifts starting between 3:00 AM - 6:00 AM
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and stock rotation
- Reliable transportation to Detroit store locations
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid work authorization in the United States
