Responsibilities
- Stock and organize merchandise shelves and displays before store opening
- Receive and process inbound shipments with accuracy
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Maintain clean and safe stockroom conditions
- Collaborate with overnight team via remote communication tools
- Adhere to company safety and merchandising standards
- Assist with floor recovery during early morning hours
Qualifications
- Early morning availability (4:00 AM - 10:00 AM shifts)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic inventory management knowledge
- Reliable transportation to warehouse location
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable using remote communication tools (Slack, Teams)
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
