Responsibilities
- Unload and process inbound shipments with precision and efficiency
- Strategically stock shelves, displays, and backroom areas according to planograms
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock rotation and organization
- Operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely and effectively
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless operational handoffs
- Execute daily cleaning and safety protocols for store readiness
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail, warehouse, or stocking environments
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Reliable 4 AM-12 PM availability with consistent punctuality
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math proficiency for inventory management
- Forklift/Pallet Jack certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Valid California driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
