Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload, sort, and merchandise incoming shipments before store opening
- Maintain precise inventory counts and stock rotation using FIFO methods
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize shelf layouts and promotional displays
- Operate powered pallet jacks and inventory management systems safely
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Support store opening procedures and assist morning staff with stocking priorities
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Reliable transportation for 4:30 AM shifts
- Basic math and inventory tracking abilities
- Professional demeanor and team-first mentality
- Availability Monday-Saturday, 4:30 AM - 1:00 PM
