Responsibilities
- Stock, arrange, and organize merchandise in assigned departments before store opening
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems safely
- Inspect and rotate products to ensure freshness and compliance with standards
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas and sales floors
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless inventory transitions
- Participate in weekly inventory audits and stock rotation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- Available for 4-6 AM shifts (Monday-Saturday)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
