Responsibilities
- Stock shelves, displays, and backroom areas efficiently and accurately
- Operate pallet jacks and maintain organized inventory systems
- Conduct quality checks on merchandise and report discrepancies
- Follow safety protocols for lifting, handling, and workplace safety
- Collaborate with overnight crew for seamless store operations
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance retail skills
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom and sales floor areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 1:00 PM)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math abilities for inventory tasks
