Responsibilities
- Restock shelves and display areas to ensure product availability and visual appeal.
- Organize incoming merchandise and rotate stock to adhere to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) standards.
- Operate provided equipment (carts, scanners, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the stockroom and sales floor are clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Assist in inventory counts and reporting discrepancies to the shift lead.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM start time).
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory handling.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to wear provided uniforms and safety equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
