Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries in accordance with company standards
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers efficiently and accurately
- Rotate inventory using FIFO principles to ensure freshness
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockroom environments
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking workflows
- Participate in periodic inventory audits
- Adhere to all safety protocols and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all team members!
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (4-8 hour shifts)
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with reasonable accommodation
- Availability for 4:00 AM start times (Monday-Sunday)
