Responsibilities
- Unload delivery trucks and organize merchandise efficiently
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers with precision
- Rotate inventory to maintain freshness and comply with FIFO standards
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards throughout the shift
- Collaborate with overnight crew for seamless operations
- Report inventory discrepancies to department manager
- Operate pallet jacks and other stocking equipment safely
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable punctuality for 4:00 AM – 8:00 AM shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Team player with excellent communication abilities
- Passion for maintaining high-quality store standards
