Responsibilities
- Merchandise Management: Receive, unpack, and stock incoming merchandise on shelves and in backroom areas according to established planograms.
- Inventory Control: Rotate stock to ensure product freshness and reduce waste. Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
- Store Presentation: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. Ensure displays are fully stocked and look professional.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and maintaining a hazard-free workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, stocking, or warehouse work is preferred but not required.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and possess a strong work ethic.
