Responsibilities
- Merchandise Handling: Receive, unload, and stock incoming shipments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Organization: Maintain clean, organized, and safe shelving and storage areas following company standards.
- Inventory Control: Rotate stock to ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) compliance and report discrepancies immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all labeling is correct and legible.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow employees to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (typically 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM).
- Physical Stamina: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous experience in stocking, warehousing, or retail is preferred but not required; training is provided.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to focus on tasks and ensure accuracy in inventory counts.
- Reliability: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
