Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise with precision and efficiency
- Stock shelves according to planogram standards and visual guidelines
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and compliance with FIFO principles
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain clean, organized stockroom
- Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Conduct basic inventory counts and report discrepancies promptly
- Support store opening procedures by completing stocking assignments on schedule
Qualifications
- 1+ years of stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Early morning availability (typically 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM)
- Basic math proficiency for inventory tasks
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if operating company vehicles)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
