Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and stock merchandise onto shelves and pallets according to company standards.
- Rotate stock to ensure the oldest products are sold first (FIFO) and maintain freshness.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and free of clutter to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in identifying stock shortages or damages.
- Ensure pricing accuracy by checking tags and signage on all merchandise.
- Collaborate with the management team to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (5:00 AM - 2:00 PM) with reliability and punctuality.
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and pricing.
- Previous retail or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
