Responsibilities
- Unload merchandise from delivery trucks and verify stock against invoices for accuracy.
- Restock shelves and display areas with new inventory using proper shelving techniques.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in inventory management, including cycle counts and stock rotation (FIFO).
- Operate standard retail equipment, including pallet jacks and handheld scanners.
- Ensure product signage, pricing, and visual merchandising standards are met.
- Collaborate with the front-end team to support store operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts consistently (e.g., 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
